How to return an item:

Thanks for shopping at Uptown Boutique! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you've received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or there are missing items please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!

 

Return procedures: 

Items can be returned for store credit only and will be issued in the form of a gift card in store or sent via email for non-local purchases. We cannot issue refunds.

All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order. 14 days are allotted if purchased personally in our store.

All items sold during a sale and clearance items are final sale.

Returned items must be un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must be attached.

Items returned with make up or deodorant stains, pet hair, without tags attached, with any odors, smelling of cigarette smoke, or in any other condition other than new, will not be accepted. If we receive a return in the above-mentioned condition, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the order returned to you. If a shipping fee isn't paid within 7 days we will donate the items to our local charity. 

Please include your receipt with your return.

Shipping is non-refundable unless we're responsible for the mix-up.

Please allow us 5-10 business days to process your return once it is received.

Returns/Exchanges:

We have a limited number of each style featured on the website so we can’t guarantee an exchange. We only offer exchanges for the identical item but in a different size, or for an item of the exact same price. Please include a note with your return on what you would like to exchange for. If we are unable to fulfill your request due to an item being out of stock, we will email you a gift card/store credit instead. If the exchange request is available, we will email you a new tracking number for the replacement.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We cover all shipping charges for exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Shipping is to Chilliwack, B.C. Canada.
